Edward Guilpin

Edward Guilpin entered Emmanuel College Cambridge in 1588 as a pensioner and was afterwards a member of Gray's Inn. Thomas Corser suggests that he may have known the satirist and playwright John Marston on the basis of the latter's dedication of a satire against Joseph Hall to "Master E. G." Collectanea Anglo-Poetica 9 (1879) 25.
