Edward Cooper

(1739-1773 fl.)


Edward Cooper, son of a father of the same name of Bewley in Worcestershire, attended Magadalen Hall Oxford (B.A. 1760), where he apparently befriended the Oxford Spenserian William Thompson. He was afterwards the schoolmaster of Chaddesly, Worcestershire.
