ELIZABETH COOPER. Of the present lady, whom we must rank among the female geniuses of this kingdom, we can trace nothing further than that she was the widow of one Mr. Cooper, an auctioneer; that she was the editor of a work, called The Muse's Library, and author of two plays, entitled,
