Mr. Whaley was originally of Eton, whence he removed to King's College, Cambridge, and there was contemporary with Earl Camden, Dr. [Sneyd] Davies, &c. He was a man of ingenuity and taste. One volume of his Poems was published by himself, and another after his decease.
