WILLIAM LAWRENCE BROWN, D.D. Principal of the Marischal College, Aberdeen, and successor to the late celebrated Dr. George Campbell. He published, in 1793, a most distinguished Essay on the natural Equality of Mankind, to which a silver medal had been adjudged by the Teylerian Society at Haarlem. Previous to that he had published an Essay on the Folly of Scepticism, and has also printed some occasional single Sermons.
