He published in the year 1790, two octavo volumes of Poems; consisting of Modern Manners, in a series of familiar epistles, (an indifferent imitation of the Bath Guide), first published in 1781, Aurelia, or the Contest, an heroic comic Poem, first published in 1783, Edward, or the Curate, first published in 1787, and some smaller pieces, then first printed. Mr Hoole has also published a volume of Sermons, preached at the parish Church of St. Albans, Wood Street, which does him considerable credit, and appeared in 1786.
