REV. HENRY ROWE, LL.B., Rector of Ringshall, in Suffolk, and a relative of the celebrated Poet of the same sirname. He published, in 1796, two octavo volumes of Poems, in which, in The Poet's Lamentation, he describes his own melancholy situation, a tale which will melt the coldest bosom.
