Among the other new books published by Mr. Murray in 1817 were Mr. Charles Bucke's Beauties, Harmonies, and Sublimities of Nature — described by Sir James Macintosh as "one of the most beautiful books he had ever read, and that it must stand at the head of its class in modern times."
