I shall be very agreeable to the Publication of another Volume this coming Winter.... Talking the other Day with Hussey, it occurred to me that a good Title for another Works would be "The Shepherd's Calendar" — a Name which Spenser took for a Poem or rather Collection of Poems of his — it might be like his divided into Months, and under each might be given a descriptive Poem and a Narrative Poem.
